Then double-click to update
- Open your Downloads folder
- Find install_update.hta
- Double-click it
- The updater opens, downloads the latest files, and updates your installation automatically
That's it. Double-click the downloaded file and the updater handles everything.
It finds your existing PharmaPOS shortcuts (Desktop + Taskbar) and updates the right files automatically.
Windows 11: the updater also checks the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime and
installs it automatically (one Windows permission prompt) when it is missing.
Windows 10 and earlier are unaffected.
